FAQs

Q: Are you accepting new clients?

Yes, we are currently welcoming new clients of all ages to our practice. Text or call us to book your first appointment!

Q: Do you accept dental insurance?

Yes, we accept all insurances and will take care of the paperwork that is required. We also accept direct payment from your insurance company, provided it is eligible with your insurance provider.
Did you know that all university and college students have dental insurance coverage? Because we are a preferred provider for these insurance companies, we offer reasonable discounts to all students, which means you won’t have to pay out-of-pocket for cleanings, examinations, or xrays.

Q: What are your fees?

We follow the suggested fee guide set out by the CDHO and the RCDSO. Fees are dependent on the time it takes to complete a procedure. Because every clients situation is unique, we can only give estimates until you have been examined by our dentist/dental hygienists.

Q: How often should I get my teeth cleaned?

Since everyone is unique, the timing of cleanings varies from 3 to 6 months. Your dental hygienist will work with you to determine the best frequency of your teeth cleanings during your first appointment (this may change with time). Some clients may need more frequent dental cleanings initially, but with good oral hygiene and excellent care from their hygienist; eventually more spaced out cleanings are possible.

Q: Will my teeth be sensitive after teeth whitening?

Our in-office teeth whitening system is safe, gentle, and does not cause tooth sensitivity. We have used this system for 10 years and even our clients with sensitive teeth are able to whiten their teeth comfortably.

Q: Can I have my wisdom teeth removed in your practice?

Yes, we have a dentist that is very experienced in wisdom teeth extractions. You will see him for an initial consultation where he carries out an examination and will review your x-rays followed by a discussion about details you need to know and what to expect on the day of the extraction.

Q: Is there a charge for cancellations?

Your appointment time has been reserved for YOU. 24 hours notice for a cancellation is required to make the necessary changes. A $50 fee will be charged for cancellations with less than 24 hours notice.
